A look into Zahra’s Life

A look into Zahra's life

Zahra, who can be defined as a passionate and strong lady escaped her homeland and came to Indonesia to have freedom. She’s been living in Indonesia for almost four years with her husband and her child. Zahra joined Refutera in 2020 and revealed her amazing skills in crafting different items.

Since childhood, I was always passionate about handicrafts and wanted to learn. My neighbor saw how interested I was and she taught me within a week. It’s been a year since I joined Refutera and created different handcrafts and it’s a great feeling to be a part of this team. When I begin crafting, I feel relaxed and just forgetting about our difficult situation here that we face whether mentally or financially. Day by day, I learn more and improve a lot by practicing and by other women. I’m glad to be a part of this team where I can create beautiful products and develop my skills – says Zahra
